The split wheel is composed of wheel center, wheel tyre and locking unit. The wheel tyre is the outerside ring of the wheel and is equivalent to the rim and tread of the integral wheel. Wheel tyre are often assembled on the wheel center by a hot sleeve process. Commonly used manufacturing standards for wheel tyres are GB-T 8602, TB/T 1882, AAR M-107, BS 5892-4, and the like.
